Pork Roast
  
1 pork roast  
Salt and pepper to taste 
1 onion sliced in halve 
1 apple sliced in quarters or applesauce 

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place pork roast fattest side up. Salt and 
pepper. Place onions and apples on top of roast and bake in oven until 
the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees on meat thermometer. 

If onions and apples start falling off, use bamboo skewers and secure the
onions and apples to the roast. 

These roasts make the best gravy, because the gravy is brown and rich.
