Pork Roast L'Orange

1 Pork Roast 
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges 
1/8 tsp. garlic powder 
2 cups orange juice 
1 (6 oz.) jar baby food apricots 
1/2 tsp. ground cloves 
5 apples - peeled and halved 
1 tsp. ground ginger 

Sprinkle garlic over roast. Combine OJ, apricots, cloves and ginger. Place 
roast in marinade and refrigerate overnight turning occasionally. 

Place roast in a 9 X 13 inch pan. Pour marinade over top. Roast 2-3 hours 
at 325 degrees or until thermometer reaches 170. Baste occasionally. 

Put apple halves around the roast in the sauce during last 10 minutes of baking

Serve with mandarin oranges.
