Pork Stroganoff

1 1/2 lb. cubed pork (as for city chicken)
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion, chopped
pepper to taste
seasoned salt to taste
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup milk


Slice mushrooms and saute with chopped onions in butter until liquid evaporates. Set aside.

Brown pork cubes in oil until brown. Place pork cubes in 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with pepper and seasoned salt. Pour mushroom and onion mixture on top. Combine mushroom soup with milk. Pour over the mushrooms. Cover.

Bake at 325º F. for about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
