Pork Tenderloin Marinade
1 Pork tenderloin
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 TBSP. dry red cooking wine
1 TSBP. brown sugar
1 TSBP. honey
1 tsp. red food coloring
1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 clove of garlic crushed
1 green onion cut lengthwise
In large bowl mix all ingredients except onion. Blend until smooth. Place meat and marinade in a ziplock bag-add onion. Marinade overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place pork on broiler rack (save marinade) and bake @ 350 for 20 minutes. Baste and turn over and cook on other side for 15 minutes. Do not over cook. Slice thin and serve with
petite rolls and if desired, a nice champagne mustard.
