Tutti-Frutti Pork Chops

4 thick pork chops
garlic
salt and pepper
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. orange juice
2 T. vegetable oil


Sprinkle chops with garlic, salt and pepper. Heat oil in frying pan; brown chops 5 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and place chops in a shallow baking dish. Top with a thin layer of crushed pineapple. Pour orange juice over chops. Bake at 350F., 1 hr.

Serves 4.
