Pork and Cider
1 lb. cubed pork
1 sliced white onion
4 sliced carrots
3/4 cup apple cider
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
Flour pork and brown in oil (peanut). Add onions, carrots and rosemary. Cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes (or until carrots are done). Stir occasionally while cooking. Serve on rice.
