Sausage-Cheese Balls

3 cups Bisquick® Original or 3 cups Bisquick® Reduced Fat baking mix
1 pound bulk pork sausage
4 cups Cheddar cheese (16 ounces) -- shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes


Heat oven to 350º. Lightly grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 × 10 1/2 × 1 inch.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with store-bought sweet-and-sour sauce if desired.
