Cabbage Casserole

1/2 lb sausage
1/2 med cabbage chopped
1 sm onion, chopped
1/2 c margarine, divided
1 (10 3/4 0z) can cream of mushroom soup
1 stack of Ritz crackers
1 c shredded cheese
1 egg


Crumble sausage in skillet brown and drain; set aside.

Put cabbage, onion in a 2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle sausage over top of the cabbage, and onion. Pour 1/4 c melted margarine over mixture. Combine egg, mayo, and soup, pour over casserole ingr. Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, and rest of the margarine, put on top of casserole. Cover and bake 350 for 35 min.
