Sausage Bisquick Balls
1 pound bulk sausage (you choose, spicy, sage, mild)
1 cup bisquick
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Mix well, form into balls. Can be frozen at this point. Bake on cookie sheets at 350 until brown and sizzling, approx. 20 min.
