Skillet Spaghetti with Sausage
1 lb Italian sausage, sliced thin
1 can (28 oz) chopped tomatoes
Garlic salt
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2-1 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
2 sweet red peppers thinly sliced
4 cups hot cooked spaghetti
1/2 cup fresh minced parsley
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
In an electric fry pan cook sausage and drain. Discard drippings.
In same pan mix tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes Stir in red peppers and sausage. Heat thoroughly till peppers are soft. Toss in hot spaghetti. Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese.
