Modified from Family Circle Magazine, 6/10/03 page 180

2 TBsps all purpose flour
2 medium onions sliced
4 cloves of garlic sliced thin
4 pounds country style ribs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

1.2 cup bottled chili sauce
3 TBsps packed brown sugar
2 TBsps honey mustard
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper

Prepare outdoor grill or heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Open large foil bag like Reynolds foil cooking bags. Add half the sliced onions and garlic. Season ribs on both sides with salt and pepper and place in bag. Add other half of sliced onions. Dump in sauce. Fold open edge of bag to seal carefully. Put on grill or if in oven on cookie sheet.

Cook on grill or in oven for 35 minutes on one side then carefully flip over and bake 35 minutes on the other side. (Can turn heat down in oven at this point to 300 to keep warm until ready to serve.

Carefully remove bag from the grill or oven and carefully open bag, venting steam away from server. Serve from the bag with rice or potatoes.
