Deep Dish Taco Square
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated cheddarella
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup cold water
2 to 3 chopped tomatoes
Paprika
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook and drain beef. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and onion; set aside.
Mix together Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Pat dough in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of a greased 8 x 8 deep dish.
Spread cooked beef evenly over dough and then top with 2-3 chopped tomatoes. Carefully spread sour cream mixture over the top of that and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake until the edges of the dough are lightly browned. About 30 minutes.
