Chimichangas

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, Chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 cup picante sauce
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
Flour tortillas
Melted Butter
Brown ground beef along with onions and garlic and drain well. Put back in the pan and add the remaining ingredients.
Stir until bubbly and most of the liquid has evaporated.
Brush one side of tortilla with melted butter. Put 1/3 cup of meat mixture in the other side and roll. Place in baking dish that has been sprayed with pam. Bake at 450 until lightly brown. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
