Enchilada Extravaganza

2-3 lbs. chicken, boiled and diced
1/2 Cup onion diced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, diluted
1/2 Cup green pepper, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Tobasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
tortillas, about 10-12
16 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded


Combine all ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Spoon some mixture into each tortilla and roll up. Place in a 9x13-inch pan. Cover tortillas with remaining mixture and sauce. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes.
