Corn Salsa:
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 ears fresh corn, kernels cut off the cob
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped tomato
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno chile

Remaining Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 bone-in (1 lb.) reduced-sodium ham steak
Fresh cilantro sprigs, for garnish

Make Corn Salsa: Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat 2 minutes. Add oil and corn. Cook corn, stirring, just until it begins to brown. Stir in salt. Transfer to medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.

Combine oil and cumin in cup; rub over both sides of ham steak. Heat same skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Cook steak until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Cut into serving pieces. Serve with salsa and garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
