Salsa: Avocado Black Bean Salsa

Avocado Black Bean Salsa

1 (11 ounce) can Mexicorn drained
1 (16 ounce) can black beans rinsed and drained
3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
3 avocados, chopped
1 small red onion diced
3-4 green onions sliced including tops

Dressing:
1/4 C red wine vinegar
1/3 C olive oil
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing


Toss all salad ingredients together gently in a large bowl

Blend dressing ingredients well and pour the dressing over the salad mixture. Serve with tortilla chips
