Salsa
6 yellow chilies, fresh
6 green chilies, jalapeno, fresh
1 can whole tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz.)
1 bunch cilantro
2 tsp. salt
In pot add 1 1/2 cups water, add fresh chilies, add 2 teaspoons salt, bring to boil or until chilies are soft. Let cool for 15 minutes.
Remove chilies from pot (save water) and remove stems.
In blender combine chilies and 3 whole tomatoes. Blend at medium speed for 20 seconds. Add salt to taste.
If salsa is too hot (spicy), add a little water from pot, add a little more juice from whole tomatoes or even add more whole tomatoes.
Blend again.
Add cilantro to taste, chop ends of herb and add to salsa and mix.
