Salsa
6 roma tomatoes
6 green onions
3 cloves garlic or to taste
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 fresh jalepeno peppers
1-2 tbls olive oil
1-2 tsp balsamic vinegar(optional)
1-2 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2-1 tsp salt
Cut tomatoes in 1/2, squeeze out seeds. Chop finely with a knife.Finely chop onions and peppers, and add to tomatoes. Peel garlics, and
press into tomatoes. Add all other ingredients, mix well and let sit for an hour. Taste and adjust for hotness. Store in refrigerator 2-3 days only.
