Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1/2 cup TVP - Grill Flavor
5 oz hot water
1/2 tsp Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried onion flakes
1/4 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
dash garlic powder
dash onion powder
1/4 cup water
2 6 inch fat free flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce -- + 2 tbsp
5 tbsp fat-free shredded cheddar

In a small bowl, mix together the TVP, hot water and Better Than Bouillon Beef flavor base. Place a towel over the top and set aside.

15 minutes later, take the towel off and mix in all the seasonings and the flour. Your "beef" taco base is now done. Set aside.

Preheat a skillet over medium-low heat and add the "beef" mixture to the pan along with the water. Brown the "beef" mixture for 5-6 minutes, using a wooden spoon or spatula to break up the "beef" as it cooks.

Using a microwave, heat up the tortillas wrapped in a moist cloth or paper towels, or use a tortilla steamer.* Heat for 25-30 seconds, or until hot.

Spoon about 3 tbsp of the "beef" mixture into the center of one tortilla. Place about 2 tbsp of shredded lettuce on top of the "beef."

Finish the soft taco by spreading about 1 tbsp of shredded cheese over the lettuce and fold. Repeat for remaining tacos.
