Cajun-Creole Seasoning

1 tablespoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Yield: about 1-1/2 tablespoons.
