Creole Seasoning

2 tbsp. (scant) salt
2 tbsp. (scant) paprika
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Store in airtight container. 
This seasoning is great with fish, pork, poultry and vegetables. It adds a 
lot of flavor and not a lot of calories. 

Makes about 1/2 cup.
