Crisp Coating Mix
3 Cups Corn flake crumbs
1 Cup Wheat germ
1/2 Cups Sesame seeds
4 tsp. dried parsley --Crushed
1 Tbl. Paprika
2 Tbl. Salt (opt)
1 Tbl. Dry mustard
1 Tbl. Celery salt
1 Tbl. Onion powder
1/2 Tbl. Ground pepper
Use with recipes in chicken and pork.
Combine. Pour in a 5-cup container with a tight-
fitting lid. Seal and store in a cool, dry place.
Use within 2 months. YIELD: 4-1/2 cups.
