Baby Back Ribs
For 2 Racks Ribs:
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 Cup Water
Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan and pour vinegar and water mixture over ribs. Cover with aluminum foil - tightly!
Bake at 250 degrees for 30-45 minutes for baby backs and 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes for country style ribs. Baste with vinegar mixture halfway through cooking. Drain ribs and discard basting mixture.
Grill ribs over medium to hot coals for 8 minutes, turn over and grill 8 more minutes. Baste generously with BBQ sauce of your choice.
