Seafood: Barbecued Salmon

Barbecued Salmon

1/4 butter or margarine, melted
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon (or more) garlic powder
/18 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
2 Salmon filets (about 1 l/2 pounds each)


Combine ingredients and brush on salmon. Place directly on grill, or put on foil on the grill.
Continue to cook, reapply basting sauce until salmon flakes with a fork
