Seafood: Grilled Albacore

Grilled Albacore

1 tablespoon each of chopped fresh thyme, parsley and basil
1 tablespoon chopped capers
6 ounces olive oil
1 ounce each lime juice and lemon juice
4 fillets about 8 ounces each


Marinate fish for 1 to 2 hours. Grill over high heat until just done, basting with the marinade twice on each turn.
