Charcoal Broiled Shrimp

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

about 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. shrimp
Marinade:
1 large clove garlic -- minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
fresh ground pepper
your choice of vegetables and fruit- mushrooms,
cherry tomatoes, green peppers, pineapple,
onion,etc
Peel, and devein shrimp. Place in a container with all the marinade ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. The longer the better. Turning occasionally.
Tread on skewers along with vegetables or fruit.
Grill to desired doneness.
