Salmon with Pineapple Salsa

2 cup coarse chopped fresh pineapple
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 fresh jalapeno chopped
1 tbl. honey
1 lb. salmon fillet 1 inch thick
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
3 tbl. lime juice
1 tbl. cilantro


Salsa: pineapple, red pepper, onion, 2 tbl. lime juice, jalapeno, cilantro and honey. Brush fish with remaining lime juice and sprinkle with cumin. Grill 8-12 minutes or until flaky. Serve with salsa.
