Shish Ta Ouk
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken meat
1 bottle Ranch salad dressing
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. black pepper
1 medium red onion
8 cherry tomatoes
1 large red pepper
2 cupswhite rice
Cut chicken to 1 1/2 inch pieces. Marinate overnight in ranch salad dressing with basil, oregano and black pepper. Then put meat onto 4 skewers with vegetables in 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degree or cook on grill.
Prepare rice to directions, serve skewers over rice.
