Easy Cheesy Macaroni
1 C. uncooked macaroni
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 t. salt, mustard
topping:
1/4c butter
1c crushed Ritz crackers
1c. shredded cheese
1/4c Parmesan cheese
Cook macaroni until tender. Drain. Beat egg with milk and seasonings. Combine with macaroni and cheese, stirring to mix thoroughly. Turn into a 1 liter casserole dish.
Melt butter, stir in crumbs until coated. Add cheeses until well mixed. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 400 for 15 min makes 4 servings
