Carol's Ravioli Dough

4 lbs. flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups water


Work the eggs and water into the flour and knead. Divide dough into 4 quarters. Roll out very thin and either cut into noodles or spread ravioli filling and seal edges.

We air dried the raviolis and the kitchen was covered in them for two days.
