Pasta Primavera

Pasta Primavera (Kruppa)

1 lb. fettuccine
1/4 Cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 Cup each, broccoli flowerlets, cauliflower, artichoke hearts, asparagus spears, cut in 1" pieces, green peppers, chopped, cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese


Cook pasta until al dente. Heat olive oil and saute garlic, add herbs and vegetables and saute quickly over high heat until veggies are crisp, but tender. Toss cooked pasta with vegetables and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
