Easy Method Lasagna
1 lb. ground meat
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 egg
6 uncooked lasagna noodles
3 cups mozzarella cheese, plus additional for topping
Brown ground beef in microwave on high for 3 minutes. Drain; mix beef with spaghetti sauce.
Mix ricotta and egg.
Spoon 1/3 of sauce mixture in bottom of a 12"x8"x2" glass dish. Place 3 of
noodles on top of sauce. Spread half of ricotta cheese on noodles. Add 1/2
of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layering and end with sauce.
Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner.
Microwave 35 minutes at 50% power. Rotate dish
after half cooking time.
Sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese and microwave 3 minutes more at 50% power, or until cheese is melted.
Let stand, covered for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
