1 pound package of lasagna noodles
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar Ragu
1 can ( 10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
12 oz. carton cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 pound ground beef
1/4 pound mozarrella cheese, shredded
dash of Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cook noodles. Brown hamburger and add ragu and soup.
Let it simmer to thicken a little.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs,
parsley and Italian seasoning or oregano.
Layer in 9x 13 pan in following order:
Bottom layer: 1/2 of the meat mixture
next layer: 1/2 of the noodles
third layer: cottage cheese mixture
next layer: rest of noodles
final layer: rest of meat
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Let cool for 10 min before slicing to serve.
