Goulash

1 lb. ground beef, cooked, crumbled and drained
2 cups macaroni, cooked and drained (measure before cooking)
2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
salt and pepper, to taste
tomato juice, optional


Combine cooked ground beef with the remaining ingredients, adding tomato juice if too dry. May also add peppers and onions, if desired. Add when cooking ground beef.
