Salmon Macaroni Salad
12 ounces pasta
1 bunch broccoli
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 (15 1/2 oz.) canned salmon
1 tablespoon Grey Poupon mustard
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add chopped broccoli, chopped onion and mince garlic clove.
Drain and remove all bones from salmon and stir in. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients. Stir into macaroni mixture.
Chill at least 6 hours. Best when chilled overnight.
