Low Fat Manicotti
1 (15 oz.)Container fat-free ricotta
1 (8 oz.)Bag shredded fat-free mozerella
Garlic powder to taste
1 tbs. basil or oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 Package eggroll wrappers (closer to the authentic Italian than those pasta tubes)
1 Jar of your favorite low fat spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix all together except sauce and wrappers. Pour a small amount of sauce to cover bottom of pan.
Put a line of filling across bottom of wrapper and roll.
Place in pan. Cover with rest of sauce.
Can top with Parmesan Cheese if you like.
Bake for 350 for 1/2 hour.
