Polish Baked Noodles and Ham

1/2 pound wide noodles
1 cup cooked ham -- minced
1 egg -- beaten
2 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup sour cream (room temperature)
2 tablespoons chopped dill or parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Fine dry breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook noodles as package directs; drain. While noodles are still warm, combine with remaining ingredients, except for breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle the inner surface of a buttered shallow baking dish with bread crumbs; spoon the noodle-ham mixture into dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated 350 F. oven for 40 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and golden brown.
Serves 4
