Mimi’s Cabbage and Noodles
1 whole cabbage
butter to saute
1 (8 oz.) pkg. ribbon pasta, cooked
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp. cinnamon
Cut up a whole cabbage into 3" pieces and saute in some butter. This takes a little maneuvering until the cabbage wilts a bit.
Mix in a half pound package of ribbon pasta, cooked, salt and pepper to taste, and about a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
