Spinach and Noodle Ring

8 Ounces Broad Egg Noodles
2 (10 Oz.) Pkgs Frozen Chopped Spinach
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Chopped Onion
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Defrost spinach and drain very well.
Mix noodles and spinach together.
Saute onion in butter until lightly browned.
Add onion, eggs and sour cream to noodle mixture; blend well.
Pour into greased 6 cup ring mold.
Place mold in pan of hot water and bake for 45 minutes.
Unmold to serve.
