Orrechiette Pasta with Ham and Peas

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 small onion -- chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup fresh peas
1/2 cup cooked ham -- julienned
1 cup cream
8 ounces orrechiette pasta -- cooked
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
Saute onion in olive oil. Add peas, cook slightly longer. Add ham and cream and salt and pepper. Cook until thickened.
Add cooked pasta and pat or two of butter. Add cheese. Let
pasta absorb sauce.
Serve with more cheese and black pepper.
