Mac and Cheese

7 oz macaroni, cook as per package directions.
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teas salt and pepper to taste
2 cups milk
2 cups either shredded Velveeta or American cheese


Mean while, melt margarine and stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook until bubbly. Add milk and stir until thickened. Add cheese. Pour over drained macaroni.
Stir well and serve.
