Mushroom Pasta
1 onion (large)
2 cloves of garlic
2 (15 ounce) cans of canned crushed tomatoes
200 grams fresh mushrooms (they too are cheap here)
oregano
pasta of your choice.
Dice the onion and garlic, fry them in a little oil, add tomatoes and let simmer so that the sauce reduces a bit, add sliced mushrooms and oregano, lots of it.
Serves 4-5
