3/4 lb. dried farfalle pasta
salt

Sauce:
1/3 cup pesto sauce, homemade preferable
2/3 cup lowfat Ricotta cheese, or non-fat
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
splash Land O Lakes NonFat Half-and-Half®, or more
Parmesan cheese, for passing


For sauce: Mix sauce ingredients together in a 4 cup measuring cup, microwaveable; set aside.

Cook pasta according to package directions (most farfalle cook in 13 minutes).

Heat sauce mixture in microwave for 2 minutes on medium heat. When pasta is done, mix pasta and sauce. Serve immediately and pass extra Parmesan cheese.

Serve with warm breadsticks and some sauteed spinach with garlic.
