Barbara's Pasta Salad
2 packages corkscrew pasta
8 oz. olive oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
4 tblsp. mayonnaise
salt, pepper, garlic salt
Good Seasons package mix
parsley flakes
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch green onions
1 purple onion
7 carrots
2 bell peppers
1/2 large jar olive salad mix
1 whole stalk celery
Boil pasta with 1/4 cup olive oil and salt. Do not overboil. Drain. Pour 1/4 cup vinegar and 4 oz. olive oil over pasta.
Microwave carrots 2 minutes, cut up and add to pasta. Microwave head of cauliflower 2 to 3 minutes, cut up and add to pasta. Microwave broccoli 2 to 3 minutes, cut up and add to pasta.
Cut green onions, purple onion, celery and bell peppers and add to pasta.
Pour remaining vinegar and olive oil over all. Add mayonnaise, olive salad, and seasonings to taste. Mix this in the largest bowl you can find. It multiplies!
