Pasta: Spaghetti and Green Olives

Spaghetti and Green Olives

2 c. chopped green olives
olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. cream or half and half
1 lb. spaghetti


Chop 2 cups green olives; mix with a little olive oil. Let soak overnight. Do not refrigerate.

Fry olives and garlic for a few minutes, then add 1/2 cup of cream or half and half. Let this cook for a few minutes more. Then pour this over your precooked spaghetti. Top with your favorite grated cheese.

Serves 4.
