Rigatoni Goulash

Goulosh-Rigatoni

16 ounce package of Rigatoni
1 pound Italian sausage
Jar of prepared spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup half and half
diced onion and green pepper, if you want


Preheat oven to 350-375° F.

Brown sausage with onion and pepper. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer while you cook the rigatoni according to the package directions.

Drain the pasta, and before adding sauce to pasta, stir in the half and half.


Another Version:

Poor Man's Lasagna - Instead of the half and half, use some ricotta cheese and freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.

Mix it all up, put into a casserole dish, sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top and bake @ 350-375 till it's hot and the cheese has melted.
