Macaroni Salad
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 c. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper
2 c. grated carrots (4 carrots)
1 chopped green pepper
1 large chopped onion
1 c. celery
16 oz. pkg. pasta (firm)
Blend together milk, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; add carrots, green pepper, onion and celery. Add package macaroni (cooked, but firm). Add salad dressing for desired consistency. Chill. Lasts for days refrigerated or share with your neighbors.
Macaroni Salad
1 lb. macaroni, cooked
2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. vinegar
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 large carrots, grated
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
Cook and drain macaroni. Rinse with cold water. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator.
Macaroni Salad
1 lb. shell macaroni
1 green pepper, chopped fine
4 grated carrots
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
2 c. real mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix all ingredients, except macaroni with electric mixer in large bowl. Pour over macaroni and chill 4 hours before serving.
