Pasta Salad Supreme
3 C rotini, cooked and drained
2/3 C no-fat French salad dressing
1 medium cucumber, quartered, seeded and sliced
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 onion, chopped
tomatoes as many as you want, seeded and chopped
Chopped Cold Cooked Shrimp...to taste
Combine pasta and salad dressing thoroughly in large bowl Add cucumber, green pepper and onion. Combine thoroughly. Refrigerate at least three hours. Add tomatoes and mix well. Serve cold.
4 - 6 servings.
