Black Olives and Tomato Sauce

2 tbs. olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried basil
14 oz. can chopped tomatoes
10 olives, coarsley chopped
ground black pepper


You can also add or substitute whatever herbs you like.

Cook garlic in oil until softened. Add herbs and tomatoes. Cook until mixture has thickend and reduced by 1/3. Add olives and heat through and serve over pasta.
