Crab Spaghetti from Adele

1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 tab. butter (or more)
clove of garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups fresh crabmeat
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup canned or fresh mushrooms
1/2 pint sour cream
1 cup (or more) grated cheddar cheese
1 large can (16 oz.) canned tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce to taste


Cook spaghetti, drain and rinse.

Melt butter in pan, saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms with juice for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper and seasonings. Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Add crab, sour cream, cheese and spaghetti. Cook a bit longer to mix evenly.
